New Appointment - Jacqui Workman Joins ReynoldsBusbyLee

We’re delighted to welcome Jacqui Workman to our team in her new role as Associate Consultant and Trainer, Trust Sessions with effect from 4th January 2023.

ReynoldsBusbyLee MD, Elaine Lee and Jacqui have successfully worked together for more than a decade since they met whilst creating the Direct Marketing Association’s position and work on championing the needs of customers in vulnerable circumstances. More recently, Elaine and Jacqui created Trust Sessions which has trained customer facing staff from a wide range of businesses and organisations who, in turn, have rolled out their training across their teams.

Elaine and Jacqui share a passion for the inclusion of customers in vulnerable circumstances and will continue to deliver a wide range of Trust Sessions relating to the identification of customers and charity supporters in vulnerable circumstances, making reasonable adjustments, the well-being of staff interacting with vulnerable customers and the development of policies relating to vulnerable customers.

On joining ReynoldsBusbyLee Jacqui said “I am delighted to be joining Elaine and the RBL team. I have worked with Elaine for many years and believe we make a great team. This is the next stage in my career and I am pleased that I am working in an area that I am so passionate about and know that we can make a difference to organisations and staff throughout the world.”
